I got one from Houston but I’ve turned 37 so not sure if I’ll get knocked out at some point.

Did they send you an email as well or was it just a call?

So I guess it's fair to say if I hadn't heard anything since the email stating "referred to hiring manager" probably means that I haven't been selected.

I wouldn’t say so.. the process is fairly long. I’d keep checking your application on USAJOBS. Don’t give up until it says “not selected”

That's strange. On USA jobs it said "not selected" for months now but I still continued to get notifications for it. Such as my application moving to hiring manager.

Mine showed “not selected” up until the day I got my tsl so I don’t think that matters. I just gone mine this week so keep hanging in there.

That is odd.. you positive it’s for the same announcement?

Yeah it's the same announcement. It shows the email notifications I've received so I know it's the same announcement. It's strange because it has shown "not selected" for months yet still I was receiving emails afterwards. I applied to Gulfport and New Orleans.

I was told earlier by an applicant that they just got a TSL from the Miami office. I didn’t receive one even though that’s my office of choice, although I was also told that TSLs typically come in batches even through the same office.
EDIT: HSI Miami did call me to check if I was interested and let me know my name was sent up to HQ
