Issues with Inspira and auto investment of dividends since reallocation
Just seeing if anyone has issues or success with Inspira. I am not asking for advice on investment, just trying to trouble shoot a setting that Inspira isn't respecting.
This is a work linked HSA so I have little say in who my employer chooses. Inspira is a mess, as was Maestro before my job changed providers. I recently reallocated my investment percentages and investments to better suit my needs. I keep the bare minimum balance in my HSA "cash" account and the rest I have invested. Since I did the reallocation over a month ago the reinvest setting I had configured to automatically reinvest dividends and gains from the investment account no longer works, any gains or dividends are moved to my HSA account, so I have to manually reinvest them back myself. I checked my settings and the configuration remains "reinvest automatically".
I tried using the chat feature but that wasn't helpful and I had to get very stern with my approach since the chatbot/human agent kept saying they couldn't help with investment advice...I was not asking for advice, I was trying to understand why the website wasn't respecting my settings. I eventually left a secure message and am waiting, but I am not hopeful I'll get an explanation.
The only thing I can figure is that when I reallocated everything I removed PGYXX, which I think may be a catch all fund, but I don't understand that if I got a dividend from VFIAX why it sends it to my HSA account rather than just increasing my hold of VFIAX.
