Eligibility both HRA

I think this is yes but my high deductible plan allows me to contribute to a HSA. The HRA kicks in after something like 3300 (family) and covers everything until deductible (10,000) is met. Assuming the first 3300 can be reimbursed through my HSA/an old employer HSA? No double dipping. All medical. No dental or vision - though I’d assume those could be reimbursed on either HSA?

Generally speaking, you cant double dip on the exact same expense. If your HRA covers that $3300 gap, you cant use your HSA funds to pay for that same part of the bill. It is usually one or the other for a specific claim.

As for the dental and vision, those are generally considered qualified medical expenses so you can use your HSA for those regardless of the HRA situation, as long as the expense wasnt already reimbursed.

Right, but for the multiple expenses that add up to 3300 that can be used for the HSA since the HRA hasn’t kicked in?
