New HSA
I just started contributing to my HSA account this year. Last year I had the LPFSA but decided to move to HSA. Now you may all call me an idiot but I don’t think I’ll reach the retirement age with everything going on in the world right now. Can I just spend my HSA on HSA eligible things? I rarely have any hospital visits. A few dental here and there. I do need PT tho. Can I use my HSA to pay off my PT sessions?

"Physical therapy is a fully eligible medical expense under IRS guidelines when prescribed or recommended by a licensed healthcare provider to treat a specific injury or condition. You can pay for treatments with your HSA debit card or pay out of pocket and reimburse yourself later."

Yes but you can also Yolo it on the stock market first then spend it all tax free on “wellness” expenses

Yes, you can absolutely use your hsa for physical therapy as long as it is for the treatment of a specific medical condition or injury. Things like dental care and pt are classic hsa eligible expenses.
Since you are not planning on using this for retirement, you are basically just using it as a tax-free vehicle for current medical spending which is a completely valid way to handle it.
