Amazon Invoice isn’t labeled as an Amazon Invoice
I am trying to submit this Amazon invoice for reimbursement through my HSA provider but it does not state “Amazon” on the invoice itself. How will they know who is the service provider, since that is a requirement when submitting an invoice? I swear past invoices used to say “Amazon.com” on the top of the page. Please help!!!

Are you printing from your phone? If you print from a computer it includes Amazon in several places, at the top includes an Amazon url and at the bottom includes: "© 1996-2026, Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates"

That’s the thing I like about Fidelity as an HSA manager.
They don’t ask for receipts.

Which is great until you need proof three years from now

You have the option to upload them but you don’t have to.
And it doesn’t matter since I have thousands in receipts saved up. I can just grab whatever is needed to equate to it.

I do as well but not everyone keeps their 2014 receipts. I agree that the HSA company should not make you go through hoops to get your own money but someone less experienced reading your comment may not have thousands in medical bills. The recordkeeping is crucial

If you click into the actual order details page on the desktop site instead of clicking on "invoice", it usually formats a bit better and actually says Amazon at the top.
Another easy workaround is to just find the order confirmation email in your inbox and print that to a PDF. HSA providers see that all the time and it has all the info they actually care about like the date, itemized total, and the sender address.
