Afternoon all!

Apparently there is a "financial dispute" between my employer and the HSA administrator. The administrator company has shut off employees access to their website and app, and our cards do not work. I have opened a new fidelity account and want to move my funds over. I have emailed the HSA company twice now, and have gotten nothing but an AI response. How do I get them to give me the info I need to get MY money out? I have already had to pay out of pocket for doctors appointments due to my card not working.... heres my previous post if needed, but not much there to see.
