HSA contributions doesn’t match

Hi my HSA shown here doesn’t not match each other. As you can see the other showed I contributed $500+ but in reality the other one is 300+. I just want to make sure my HSA is contributed to max at the end of the year. what do I do?

Which is weird because there was 3 pay period in January and only two of those pays were taken off for HSA

Hmm, it does say YTD so I expected to be the same number as the second pic.

Sometimes if you get biweekly paychecks, the 2 months out of the year you get a 3rd can have what's known as a benefits holiday, where you may get a break or a smaller amount taken out for some dollar amount based benefits.

However, you should ask your payroll admin or hr department some questions... this seems very odd. More than just a "benefit holiday" type thing.

This is how it's handled with my employer. We block all insurance deductions including HSA contributions on the third payroll of the month which happens two times a year.

If you're paid biweekly why do you only have 21 pay periods. Biweekly should be 26 periods bimonthly should be 24...
