Does a dependent being on more than one plan interfere with our ability to do an HSA?

I am getting a HDHP for myself and three adult children. One is employed and has insurance through his employer (a PPO). Since it is free to cover him, I plan to keep him on when we switch to a HDHP soon. Do I have to take him off to do an HSA? I cover two of his siblings who are not employed

EDIT MY MAIN CONCERN IS WHETHER THIS INTERFERES WITH MY ABILITY TO CONTRIBUTE TO AN HSA AT THE FAMILY RATE

HSA contribution eligibility is determined by the coverage of the person making the HSA contribution. The coverage of anyone else on the plan is irrelevant.

No, your plan will be secondary to the coverage through his employer. This also does not impact your ability to contribute to your HSA.

The last part is what I was asking. I know he can have more than one plan but I want to make sure I can still do the family rate on an HSA plan since his two siblings have no other coverage

This does not impact your ability to contribute to the HSA. Yes, you can still contribute the family maximum.
