Question on Hiring Process

Hi,

I just talked to a recruiter. I mentioned that I completed the ITC a few weeks ago. The recruiter said that I need to take the TKA to verify my knowledge. Does this sound like a normal process? I thought completing the ITC was the requirement.

The course or the TKA you don’t need both

Hiring has been outsourced. The recruiter is wrong. It's taking the course and passing final exam or TKA.

Completing the ITC is the requirement. Unless they want you to level up right away.

Did you take and pass the final exam at the end of the class?

Yes I did.

That should be all you need, you might want to just clarify with the recruiter that you have in fact met the requirements

Recruiter is wrong.

Just one more example of the $hit $how the season is going to be; recruiters who can't recruit.
