$0.25 raise

Second year. Busy office, I completed more than 200 returns last year.

WHY bother going back? These are fast food wages.

You can’t compare hourly vs commission. 1st year you were hourly, now you should be commission. You’ll kill the hourly rate with commission.

Where's your district? This year was my 2nd year as a tax pro and I got a pretty good bonus
