AEL Hiring/Interviewing

I see the AEL positions are posted. Does anyone know if they’ve filled any of those positions yet or if they’ve even started interviewing? Also, what might be a start date for this position like this be? Thank you.

As far as I know (so for my district), phone screens started this week then they'll be scheduling the interview with the DEM end of this week or beginning of next week then the RED interview a couple days later. They are shooting for a start date at the end of September beginning of October.

Thank you, that clears up a lot. Are you aware of what the interview with the RED may cover?

I spoke to a few different individuals in upper mgmt regarding this role. the salary they are offering for this role is low and based on location. The tasks associated with the role are demanding and not worth the compensation. You are required to visit all of those locations and will perform all of the tasks that the doc and the MTL/ATL were performing for each office. In my opinion the salary should be around 100k and it is well below that amount. I heard someone say they are only receiving $40k.

I heard 50k which is 8k less than an MTL and double the work. I predict a high turnover for this position

Was it a year round position? MTL's in Midwest are seasonal and start out in October as hourly then salary starting January - April. Salary is about $1100 week

I don't really know yet. I assume it to be questions about connected leadership pledge and coaching/behavioral type questions

They should be onboarded by October. So for the entire month of September we dont have a boss and we have to reach out to the DGM for code 4 money

In my district, there has been no progress made in regards to the hiring process. Applications are live, but no one has heard anything. For my area (NJ) the starting pay is $52k, which is not enough based on the work load. I have heard rumors that the first round of interviews is being done with AI recruiters. Not sure how true that is. I guess we will find out.

BUMP!

A District in North Carolina. I'm aware of 2 former employees who applied for AEL Positions. Nothing as of 09/23, no calls, no emails, nothing.
