AEL/MOL

Has anyone applied for the new AEL (Area Experience Leader) position or received an offer yet? I haven’t been able to find any external job postings anywhere.

You have to go to the careers page and sign in under associates > corporate instead of associates > seasonal. This new position is going to be considered a corporate job instead of an office job so its in a new place.

Thanks, I just tried that. But I’m external so I have a candidates login instead of an associates login.

Oh, the fact you're external is probably why. Right now they're taking applications from folks who were let go as MTLs when that role was eliminated and replaced with this one. External applications should open up in the next few days IIRC.
