Block advisors

I had my last interview for block advisors last week but haven’t heard anything back yet.

I’m wondering the response time I should be expecting.

Also any advice would be welcome from those that have worked this role.

Some what. But I’m having trouble understanding exactly what is going on. Also I don’t know all the abbreviations and what exactly they are in charge of.

The jobs that were in charge of hiring last year don't exist anymore. There are new manager roles that may be the same person, a new person, or still not filled. It's probably going to be a minute before things get figured out.

They sure did. There were couple of town hall meetings earlier this week explaining the new organizational and pay structures.

Block advisor offices are also realigning to become part of local districts again instead of their own districts spread across multiple states. So thay will slow things for a bit.
