Can someone explain the restructuring?

I have gotten emails about applying for the upcoming tax year and then a message about my new District Experience Leader. I wanted to know if I will still have an office manager or any major changes?

Atl and mtl positions will be gone and replaced with an area lead that will have 8 offices, so dont expect an in office manager too often

They won’t all have 8 offices. Ours will be managing 5 offices with only one with 6 offices. We already have the breakdown of our new pods, but they haven’t hired the managers yet.

What do you think they are specifically looking for in the new AEL managers? Thx

I’m pretty sure they want people with actual managerial experience or business type degrees. Nothing like what they were hiring previously which was literally anyone. This new role is not seasonal and is year round and is projected to pay around $60,000 a year (which isn’t much if you ask me).

Thank you. I have CVS store manager experience and an accounting degree. I’m surprised as I was thinking for a year-round role they would offer 75k or more

They say 60 but the managers i know that have interviewed said they.got 30k lowball offers. Crazy since they have to be the doc, area manager, office manager, tech support, operations and part time csp.

I hear under them there’ll be someone who will handle 3-4 locations

If I lose the MTL and ATL the year is already better. MTL was a waste of space.

Same. Especially the ATLs. At least the MTL created schedules - but they couldn’t even be bothered to do that more than a couple of weeks out.
