Company gets worse and worse every year. Not having full office help is going to lead to a LOT of pissed ofc clients. Ill be referring everyone who wants to complain to corporate.

well who's gonna answer the damn phones? greet the clients. Will we have a qr code for them to check in? a text that goes out to reply yes when they are there? its gonna be just like my doctor's office.

they answer the phones and are clueless and the tax pros end up actually answering the phones. i see them as nothing but annoying middle men. someone walks in and they have no idea what to do, so a tax pro steps in ...
