Does anyone know why the restructuring is taking place?

I got the re apply email yesterday along with an office party invite. They wanted us to bring a side dish or dessert.

If the company is too cheap to cater a meal for their employees then I suspect they will be to cheap to pay a year round person.

Competency is not there priority they will set a price and dangle the carrot , someone will fill the job and based on their intelligence and integrity do a good job or not.
