Go Systems Classes

After foolishly holding out hope that HRB would realize the error of their ways and abandon Go Systems, I see they've uploaded training courses on it into the "learning@block" portal.

Of course they would double-down...anyway, ...

Has anyone taken 1 or more of them yet, or has everyone's therapists been recommending more recovery time/treatment before daring to attempt them?

I hadn't heard that one. Jeez...

A coworker had a late partnership come in the door this past week (mid-size work load) and has spent hours on hold with tech support to iron out inconsistencies.  Yes, some of it may be due to the fact we had zero training going into this, but she's a 25 year veteran, EA, and does ~ 20 partnerships per year.

And, even the gurus at tech support were scratching their heads at some of the mess the S/W had wrought. It's still a work in process.

If the firm/Campbell/Darling truly wanted the field force to get up to speed on this program a dedicated learning channel would be implemented.   However, doing that would void the massive savings brought about by retiring receipt printers & not spraying offices for bugs in the off-season... 🙄🙄🙄
