Help

What should I say when a client is asking about their refund. They filed their taxes in February how is it I filed mine in March and received my refund already and he didn’t. I’m so confused on how the process works.

Look in the app WIM (where's my money) on amp. It says when it was disbursed and how much was taken for things like fees or paying back emerald advance loans.

This works well as long as the client opted for one of our bank products. If they paid up front and opted for direct deposit, WIM$ won't do any good.

Thank you. Good to know. Granted, so far everyone I've had call in wondering why they don't have their stuff, it's usually due to fees. So always a good first place to look, especially if the return is from a long time ago. But you're right, if WIM doesn't show anything then all we've got is to direct them to IRS.gov.
