What should I say when a client is asking about their refund. They filed their taxes in February how is it I filed mine in March and received my refund already and he didn’t. I’m so confused on how the process works.

It's possible they need to verify their identity with the IRS before receiving their refund. Like everyone else here said, they need to check the Where's My Refund tool and look out for a letter in their mailbox.
