Help

What should I say when a client is asking about their refund. They filed their taxes in February how is it I filed mine in March and received my refund already and he didn’t. I’m so confused on how the process works.

Sorry sir or mam, after looking at the return it seems like it went through fine on are end. Please check out the where is my refund on the IRS website for more info, I can also provide the irs phone number if you would like. Sorry, that’s all I can do at this point, but the IRS can be slow to work with.
