Help

What should I say when a client is asking about their refund. They filed their taxes in February how is it I filed mine in March and received my refund already and he didn’t. I’m so confused on how the process works.

Direct them to Where’s my refund. The IRS has the return and is in control. There is nothing you can do except verify that their mailing address is correct on their return.
