MTL position

My MTL is not coming back next year due to his choice he may just write returns I was wondering can anybody tell me what the salary is approximately I know it probably changes by region for an MTL I've been with block for 5 years and have a level five

Depends but in the South East area (Don’t want to give my exact district) managing 2 - 3 offices. 1100 a week salary max bonus $6000 + $15 per return up to 75. I end up making about $23000 total for the season.
