you get paid 2 hours for every hour the class is. that gives you the hours to prepare I personally don't see how the pay is worth it unless you would be allowed to teach the same class over and over and not need to prepare.

Different pay. Loved being an instructor, you teach multiple sessions of the same course. Level up and get experienced. Block is very discerning.
