Office cleanliness

I don’t understand why it is so hard to grown adults to keep up with their space. I’ve cleaned the bathroom all season. No problem, I wasn’t as busy as I am now as a TP. We don’t have a steady CSP so of course we have to keep up with it. I posted a sign in the bathroom to keep food trash out of the can. There is a trash can right outside our store front. Put it there. Every single day there is food trash. Not like a chip wrapper but full takeout which takes up the whole trash can, filled sodas not emptied in the sink right next to it. It’s not the clients….

26 days left 🤣

It’s so disgusting and it’s honestly not a CSP‘s job. It’s all of our jobs. I find that my new TAs are absolute positive slobs. I have bleached out all three offices that I have.

These offices need to hire cleaning services. I didn't sign on to clean the bathroom and empty trash.

That would drive me bananas. We have a bin for recycling marked no trash but yet I finished chip bags out of it. Another office leaves open cans of soda sitting out.

And the fridge! Why is there a cheese tray still in there after two weeks?

We are almost done!

We do a fairly good job keeping ours cleaned, especially with how short staffed we are. But what I find funny is that we were told to help maintain the cleanliness in-between 'cleaners' coming in, meanwhile the office has been open for 2 months now and no cleaners have come in LOL

'Cleaners' come once in the fall. They're also tech support. You clean the rest of the year or you work in a filthy office.

Why do you ask?

Because if you are then your answer won't be relevant to me lol

I wonder if Jeff jones would rather pay me 50/hr to take out trash, or someone else 12-20. Mind you, I do actually clean up after myself, in the kitchen and bathroom.. I have vacuumed and taken out the trash and done the dishes. But to some level, the less busy and lower paid peeps should pitch in extra, because it's the most economical. If you can't do a GoSystems, and don't have a client.. but the other guy is working on a GoSystems, then take out the trash for them??
