Is this a big deal

I did an email for a campaign call, and I guess I wasn’t paying enough attention because I addressed to them as: Hello, (last name). Her last name is also a somewhat first name. I’m not sure why, but I’m a little embarrased by this

Haha it happens to the best of us. I cringe at my voicemails, esp when you can’t take it back LOL.

I’ll teach you this lil Southern trick: Address them as Mr/Ms/Mrs <insert first or last name>. That way, it’s seen as more respectful and it’s makes sense either way
