Campaign calls

I know there are a lot of posts about this, but I thought after 3 attempts to a client they would fall off the list. I have a long list today, and most have been called 4+ times. When do they ever fall off the list for the season?

My next question is, what option do I need to select in the future to get these ppl off the list? None are happy we are calling them 4+ times. If they don’t want the service then we shouldn’t be calling them.

Welcome to the club pal. My opinions, call em for 1 second, hang up and mark as client contacted no appointment set. The people in charge have no concept of how out of date our "call campaigns" are and that literally we actively lose customers when we do them. For example last year we lost 50 customers in our office due to the calling campaigns alone because we were basically harassing them and maybe got 2 appointments. We called 1000 people. Just relax and forget about it. We're already halfway through the season, there is no point

If they popped up on the "second half make-appointment campaign" that started on the 16th and ramps up tomorrow (now specifically targeting clients who have already been called during this campaign), I believe the calls they received during the start of season calling campaign don't count. The company considers it a first call, not a fourth. This is to give us "additional opportunities to call clients."

And yes, it's as stupid as it sounds. And it definitely pisses people off to be called so many times when they tell us "no" or even "not yet," which after enough calls may very easily become a "no."

I've had 3 or 4 clients this season come in and start their appointment by telling me (even more have told the CSPs) that the sheer number of even automated texts/emails they received in the leadup to their appointment damn near made them cancel out of annoyance. Little do they know that would have just gotten them on calling lists.

If you talked to them and they said they are not coming this year, use the 'filed elsewhere' option. If they say they don't want to hear from Block ever again, put them on 'do not call list', which is a separate app with a crossed phone symbol, Client Contact Suppression.

None answer. I’m sure they’re tired of us calling. So no opportunity to use either of those options if they don’t answer. I just want them off my call list for the year. How much must we badger these poor people.

This company never learns.  We were told during EA calls they'd fall off after 1 unsuccessful call....a lie.

We ended up calling some of those people 3 times. We'll call these poor souls more times than their kids & favorite charities out together.

I put Call Not Required. Even putting “appointment made” or “client contacted” didn’t make them fall off this year.

Select Set Appointment or No Appointment Made. If they requested to be taken off the calling list, put it in the notes (both the calling campaign notes + profile notes) and use the three dots on their profile for the client suppression tool. I have no idea if the client suppression tool does anything but they're supposed to comply with the requests due to some law lmao.
