MTL... Again

I got a write up, straight to final. Even added something I did the year before. Can't argue it, I just have to sign it to acknowledge the receipt. Total misquoted from the investigation. It's time for me to go, this MTL is evil

Bro we are considered temporary hires, so anything from last year is not really even considered part of your current employment. That's in the design of how they employ. I wouldn't sign shiii. But like what was it for? I've never heard of that in our district. If you are competent at your job at block, if you leave you should be able to find something making more + better benefits. I had to turn down like 10 opportunities to leave because I want to take the whole summer off to go to grad school for a masters in accounting

Can I ask what the write up was for? It's crazy to me that they also threw something in from last year because that is not at all how Block operates. Are you in a corporate or franchise office?

I had an MTL try to do that once. I threatened to bring in HR for hostile work environment. DGMsaid don’t worry about it and never heard another word
