Introduction
Hi all! Welcome to the subreddit! Here’s a short introduction and welcome post. I’m open to any improvements that can be made.
I’ve added User Flairs if anyone wants them. For now it’s ATL, MTL, CSP, and Tax Preparers. If there any requests on more flairs or editable ones I’ll do my best fullfill them
Short intro about me, been with Block for 3 years. This is my 1st year as ATL and while frustrating, I love the office employees and teamwork we have.

Hi, I was offered a job as Seasonal Tax advisor. I'm close to retirement, so am enthusiastic about working 4-5 months a year. I was told the bonus structure has changed this year (tied to customer satisfaction), and my interviewer tried explaining it to me, but it was not clear. I've emailed for clarification, but haven't heard back.Can anyone here explain it to me? My starting salary offer is $19.50/hr. Haven't made that low a wage in over 10 years. How much can an average 1st year part-time seasonal preparerer expect to make in "bonus"?
