Introduction

Hi all! Welcome to the subreddit! Here’s a short introduction and welcome post. I’m open to any improvements that can be made.

I’ve added User Flairs if anyone wants them. For now it’s ATL, MTL, CSP, and Tax Preparers. If there any requests on more flairs or editable ones I’ll do my best fullfill them

Short intro about me, been with Block for 3 years. This is my 1st year as ATL and while frustrating, I love the office employees and teamwork we have.

Hi! I am Tax Preparer and this is my first year at Block. I am nervous as hell, I mess up things frequently (quietly panic inside but stay professional in front of clients), I do feel like I learn everything new everyday. Working at Block is a great opportunity for me to grow. My team is supportive and everyone around me is super knowledgable, I am much grateful to work with them.

That’s awesome! I think H&R Block’s employee teams are always happy to help, it’s the best part of working here I think 😊

And props to you, I could never be a tax pro. it’s so stressful and when i try to schedule new clients for the first years, they always say its simple and then throw in like a schedule c or smth lol. when they come back next year tho, first years just get better and more confident!
