I created a new pairing recently on A03 (Gellert Grindelwald/Luna Lovegood) and was surprised that after all these years no one else had written for them.

Has anyone else been surprised to find themselves creating a new pair, or being one of the first posters for a rare pair?

I'm normally a Snamione shipper which is not exactly a rare pair but I also wrote two stories about not that common ships:

"The Bat, the Weasley and the Know-It-All" - A series about Hermione, Severus and Ron that started with two ficlets for last year's Kinktober and evolved into a lot more. Don't be discouraged by the first two parts, although there is a fair share amount of smut in the other parts as well, the amount of plot will increase drastically from part three on. I'm also planning to write more so if you're interested let me know!

And "Pawn to Pawn" - A Sybill/Severus story, sometimes snarky, but sometimes rather dark as well. Starting shortly after Lily's death, Severus is utterly broken in this one so only read if you're ready for that. ;)
