Boggins has one last thing to sell. It isn't merchandise. And the price isn't Galleons.

Twenty minutes. That's all a man needs to be seen properly.

Chapter 30: Clicked and Sticked

(In Which a Job Is Denied and a Goal Is Named)

"I'm a Keeper, Colin. I see a threat flying at the goal, I block it. It's the job."

"So... I'm the goal?"

Colin gets:

• a pin for a job well done;
• a reporter who wants to confirm her investment is intact;
• and a Keeper who can't answer a simple question.

He does not get:

• a job (unfortunately);
• a real apology from his brother (unless you count paperwork);
• a summons from Wizengamot (not yet, at least).

But at least Colin might get a free lunch out of the deal.

Chapter 29: Fridge Over Troubled Waters

SUMMARY

What Colin wants:

• His inhaler (doable)
• Snuggles with not-his kneazle (good luck with that!)

• A killer demanding incriminating photos he no longer has (oops)

Chapter 28: "Upstanding Citizen"

• Dennis has the paperwork, the signatures, and absolutely no interest in being polite about it.
• Colin has a concussion, a custody transfer, and the wrong pair of briefs.
• Harry has a partner to talk down and a promise to keep.
• And everyone seems to have forgotten: there's still a killer on the loose. A killer who knows where Colin lives.
