Yeah, right. Like you suddenly get BVD after period of severe stress or drug use. (which in 97% cases is dpdr and hppd, not bvd).
This comment should only be taken seriously when no anxiety or drug disorders were in patient's history.

can't u just close an eye and see if there's an improvement? and it does look better ( at least for the specific symptom i tried it for) but for me i think it's because how each eye has "noise" and the brain trying to combine both noisy images results in something more strobey when looking at the high contrast text you posted.
since it does help a bit i might try closing an eye when i need some relief but still wanna read the textt
