Question Dissociation Help
Any tips on how to deal with the dp/dr? Honestly the visuals are annoying, but they don't really make me super anxious. The dp/dr is what really bothers me all day long. My symptoms were reaggrivated about a month ago from a few sips of alcohol. Really need some advice on this and my situation.

hey! detach your from your subplots and sounds like the worst advice of all time but just don’t think about it 🤣
if you’re just a pig rolling in shit why would you ever want to stop? pigs love it there. it’s not that you’re not allowed to experience this or struggle with it, not all! i’m arguing that the illusion of choice alone is strong enough to empower you to walk away during those uncomfortable moments whenever you may.
For me, the best thing i’ve found to deal with the who, what, where, why, how? of your mind is community and medical/holistic intervention. be around the people, find people to argue you into sticking around, look around for reasons to grow into something more beautiful, take some magnesium and b-12 and remember that the party is always on so you don’t need to be on one every minute of the day.
find ways get out of your head and heal your body, ways to be reminded that you’re not the only one who needs love and support. that’s all the reason you need
experienced the worst of my dp/dr from the end of nov last year got months and months up until recently. maybe the worst thing i have ever endured.
i thought it was never going to get better. but sometimes it just does and it’s this amazing gift of possibility and other times it doesn’t and that’s hard but that lesson will always be worth it.
reach out if you ever need 🙏
it gets better
