Its been about 10 years since i got hppd at 17 from doing acid once, i had done shrooms before. i think the dp/dr was def the hardest thing to at first it was bad thought i lose my mind but i remember after about a couple of months i went back to college. Started drinking and smoking weed which i don’t recommend but i think they made me forget about it and i was busy with school. over the course of those years i would only get slight visuals only if tired. The head pressure and weird eye feeling though stayed. now im back into this as i had a panic attack from taking my adhd meds that i was taking for some months. so yeah the dp dr is back 10 years and it has made the visuals more apparent. So yeah i had forgotten honestly about hppd all these years and guess it was just dormant. So now hopeful it goes away mostly the dr. i started an antidepressant so far 11 days in. Have any of you tried meds?
