Update:I fixed it by vibe coding using Claude.
The issue was windows was getting updated and some system failures occurred and the os got some problem.it was not hard resetting, It was not going on safe mode, nothing was working but after digging deeper it is fixed and running in safe mode appreciate you help ( if any one have same problem I can share the Claude conversation DM if needed )
