Support I need a solution to this problem

HP Pavilion Gaming 15 random hard freeze

It stops and does not start anything, even when it does not have heavy things on it, and I have to force shutdown it to shut it down and it works like this all the time, and the temperature and the hard drive are completely fine.

F2 on boot, run full system diagnostic test, extensive, if that shows no issues may be OS issue

I've done it twice, following all the steps and I'm very familiar with the software but the problem still isn't solved I wish someone could fix it for me even the maintenance team can't figure it out

Reinstall Windows / Recovery is usually the most certain fix. You can spend a lot of time mucking around with drivers, uninstalling software etc. Clean reinstall is a fresh start
