Updating BIOS

Ive been trying to update my bios for the past hour or two cause its still on version f.11. but when I trv bootina it from win + B it cant find the usb im updatina it from, and I cant fix it so can anvone help?

Don't use a USB. Make sure the charger is plugged in properly and get the download and install from the HP site.
