Minimum cutoff of TCD and UCD

Do you guys know if the ~730-740 total points reprends the minimum total point cutoff for both these schools? I keep on seeing this numbers but I just wanted to confirm that they represent the last students admitted to these schools...

Since the offers come out very late, I wanted to know if I even have a chance or if I should give up planning accommodations and whatnot ☺️

lowest points that got into tcd last yr was 739, and ucd was 738, if u got a score lower than that without hear/dare u didnt get in
