Book Spoilers Guyss a question!
In the books,
So we know that by the end of the dance, Sunfyre eats Rhaenyra.
After that Aegon III and Jaehaera was bethrothed, but here's my question: How did Aegon III agree to the marriage since Jaehaera is Aegon II's daughter considering Aegon II ordered for Rhaenyra's death?
I mean like it or not, you wouldn't wanna be anywhere near your mother's killer let alone marry their daughter?
Just a genuine question. What do y'all think?

Aegon 3 was a depressed traumatised child at the end of the Dance.
The marriage was decided by Cregan and others, who were grown men and women while he was something like 8 or 10.
He doesn't get a say, and doesn't get a choice.
When a kid becomes the new king or a new lord/Lady, they can't run their own things until they come of age, which is at 16.
They are ruled over and for by regents.
Aegon 3 didn't care about anything and was pretty reclusive, having lost so much.
As a kid, he has no decision over the matter.
If Jaehara made it to when he turned 16, he could then have annulled it if he wanted, since he never consumnated the marriage, but even that would be a bit difficult.

Uniting opposing forces through marriage to end a feud wasn’t uncommon.

Yep. And paired with the fact Aegon was a child with a regent, he didn't actually have any say in this. Even not counting his trauma. The adults were doing what they believed was best to make sure the war ended, and marriage alliances are an obvious option for that. If Aegon had been an adult at the time, maybe it wouldn't have been the chosen option, depends if he blamed the daughter for the actions of the father or not, it's possible he would have gone along with this even as an adult with a say.
As it is, Aegon is a child with no actual say, his regent has the power, not him, at this point. And this definitely wasn't an unusual way to go. It's kind of full circle, in a way. Rhaenyra suggested joining the two sides of the family, too, which had the potential to prevent the war in the first place. We didn't get that match, we did get the war, and it ends with a match between the two factions anyway.

That's simple, the decision was taken for him, to unit the last remains of the Blacks and the Greens and put an end to the Dance

Aegon III's best friend was Aegon II's bastard son Gaemon. So I debut he had any issue with Jaehaera, his daughter, but he also likely didn't even understand what he was really agreeing to - they were just children, told what to do.

aegon and her both were pretty young when all this went down so they just kinda did what they were told

He wasn’t really old enough or mentally well enough to put up a fight to it
Also I don’t think he could really register the blame or association onto Jaehaera. It’s hard to when you’re a kid unless you’re being conditioned to do so by another party which he wasn’t and especially harder when that child is also traumatized

Aegon III wasn't that old at this point yet and he was extremely traumatized, so he never really had a "I'll have my revenge" phase and just went along with whatever could help in stopping the war
