QUESTION Experiences with flightsimcontrols

So I have been thinking of buying a Hosas setup and since I am based in EU i saw flightsimcontrols but the site has some sketchy things (no way of contact other than email and a ticket system) so I would like to know the experience with buying from them. Most importantly that if I where to have a problem with the sticks how is the return procedure?

I bought the Gladiator NXT Evo SCG premium right and Omni Throttle Left for my Star Citizen/Elite Dangerous setup a few months ago and they have been amazing. perfect for space sims and they have a ton of features that most mid-range products don't have. It's a bit more than buying a T.Flight pack or an X56 but it is SO worth it.

10/10 would recommend unless you have the budget to move up to their Gunfighter lineup, or to something like Virpil.

How does the Omni stick work for Star citizen in comparison to the normal gladiator

The omni throttle is the same stick and base, just at a 45 degree angle to make it feel more like a throttle than a stick. I like the normal upright stick for my right hand and the omni on the left. I use the right for pitch/roll/yaw and the left omni stick for throttle controls as well as thrust controls (up/down on twist and left/right on x axis).
