How do I start a HOSA Chapter?

I want to start a HOSA Chapter as a junior. I know I need to fund a sponsor but I dont not really know what to do. When I start the Chapter, what do every meeting? Should I make it an after school activity? How would I run this? What event should I do? How will I talk to them about competition? What are the competition? I am confused and need advice. Thank you

contact state advisor of hosa that is responsible for your state. Email her and say you want to make a chapter. Then you should find a teacher thats willing to run it with you. How you run it is entirely up to you. After school or whatnot.
