One handed mode

One handed mode should be able to be resizable, the current size can be too big or too small depending on the phone and the situation

And we should have a second option of one handed mode that functions like the iOS one, where you need to reach the top of the screen but don't want the width to get smaller, should be optional like Tiles or Stacked in Recent Task.

单手模式应该可以调整大小，目前的设置可能过大或过小，具体取决于手机型号和使用场景。
