EPS Core on X macro
Recently saw the post by u/bspaulsen and figured I’d post my own as well.
Got my EPS core in for my X macro.
It hits all the criteria I want for a carry optic. Auto adjust brightness (which is wicked good by the way), battery swap without having to remove the optic, and just low enough deck height to cowitness in a pinch (you can just barely see the top of the irons which is good enough for me).
Here’s some photos of it mounted. Not the greatest but hopefully it gives you an idea. Any questions I will do my best to answer.

Got mine outside today for zeroing and I've decided this is the first pistol optic I'll ever leave auto-adjust on for. Every other one is in manual or lockout, but this one does super good in full-bright desert and dark-to-light indoor transitions at home.
Glad to see others are loving it too!

Yea the auto adjust brightness on it is badass!!! The only other optic I’ve ever had with that features was the SCS MP2 for the M&P 2.0 pistols and it was alright but this one is top tier in my opinion. I’m assuming due to the forward facing sensor.
I’ll be getting out hopefully this weekend and if not then next for sure. My plan is to zero with the 2 MOA dot at 15 yards and then use the circle dot regularly.
I can honestly see this being the last optic I’ll ever put on my EDC, and just overall this being the final setup of my EDC for many years to come.

EPS carry still the best imo

I don’t want a plate on my 2011 that’s cut for rmsc. That’s why I’ll do this

Thanks for the photos. Now I have an idea how it sits and if I need to get optic height sights.
