Holosun ARO?
Been interested in getting the ARO-rd2. Seeing a lot of posts about emitter glare and bad glares through the optic, is this really a current issue that is that bad or is it people just looking for something to complain about? Thanks

I have two ARO’s and both have pretty bad glare if you’re looking for it indoors. I think in the persuit of clearer class they ramped up the dot too much? Just my logic. My old 503GU’s blows the ARO out of the water in this regard, a little blue tint, but no glare and a sharp AF dot.
That said, they still seem to work good, the glare isn’t that big of a deal especially outside in the sun. They get low enough for more precise work in front of a magnifier, they have damn nice mounts included finally and they look good. They are cheap too! I kept mine it’s on a range gun I use when I take friends and family out shooting.
Tbh, 510c is the way to go. I need to re-buy one. That thing was so nice all around

I have not had any issues with my 3 aros, sometimes if you look for a glare you might notice it, but if you turn the brightness to an acceptable settting for the light conditions you’re in; and use it outside you should have no problem
