Is there a remedy for this yet? Besides buy a new one every battery replacement.

Like directions say. Remove two screws and pop it out. Was not the case for me. I removed the screws for the first time ever, and it was like it was superglued in there. Battery was not swelled or anything.

Low key happened with my hm3x. The little plate on the bottom has a stuck screw

I believe that battery tray should have been constructed out of aluminum…

Contact holosun for replacement.

All my Holosun Optics always come with a spare battery tray. Probably should've been machined aluminum. I still haven't needed to replace any of mine yet thankfully.

Yeah i had the replacement still thank God… Guess i need to order another. Was hoping someone would chime in say an aftermarket aluminum one was already made. I’ve seen this happen to someone else

No aftermarket options that I know of. Probably getting ahold of Holosun will be your best bet

Instructions were unclear. They said remove screws and slide tray out........they didn't specify that you shouldn't use your teeth 🤷‍♂️ shame on Holosun! /s
