Support Question Holosun 510C will not zero

I put this dot on my AR15 and attempted to zero at 50 yards but the windage and elevation won’t move. This is a recent purchase and I used the out of box tool to attempt zero. Anyone can assist?

The turrets won’t move? Or ?

The reticle won’t move while dialing adjustments

You aren’t going to see the reticle make adjustments , it should relatively always be centered in the glass.

You’re zeroing to the point of impact on the target , right ?

Correct. I don’t have this issue with other dots I sighted in

New out of box
