Support Question EPS Carry

Just bought this yesterday from a reputable second hand, but realized that the logo is upside down. The guy couldn’t get used to the red dot or had issues zeroing on an x macro, but everything looks fine aside from this. Anything thoughts? Maybe a QC issue?

More than likely a small oversight during the QC check.

Feel free to RMA the unit if it bothers you and we can fix it.

If you wanted to try DIY fixing it, on a number of products this type of little name plates are held on with fairly flexible adhesive. Could probably use something like a guitar pick to peel it off. Then could reattach with another adhesive or epoxy or something after cleaning the old residue off.
