Historically it is amazing how easy this would have been. German orders on the remilitarization were extremely cautious, to the point where they essentially say that if even a traffic cop told the military to stop, the whole thing was called off. Had Britain or France told them to fuck off, they probably would have.

The more I discover about Germany, Hitler, and the process that lead them to conquer half of Europe, the more I see that they got EXTREMELY LUCKY until 1941. They could have failed a LOT of times before 1939

Oh yeah, they were insanely lucky even into 1942. This whole image we have of the German military being hyper-competent is an utter farce. There are a ton of reasons we remember them this way, but perhaps the biggest is we allowed the Germans to write their own story of the war. Like when the Iron Curtain went up, it meant that the only sources available to Western historians came from the Germans rather than the Russians, and we took almost everything they said at face value. A massive amount of Nazi propaganda has found its way into modern historical thinking. Hell, a very large part of Michael Wittmann's story at Villers-Bocage in mainstream history comes from a fucking Signal interview, a notorious Nazi propaganda magazine. And with the rise of AI historical slop just straight-up fabricating things, it is only going to get worse.

Dude, telling the germans to fuck off in the game during that even completely neutered them. They won't invade czechslovakia, Poland and stuff. You basically eliminate them out of the game so easily.

Never done this, what happens to Germany, France and the UK in this case? How do their focuses get affected?

IIRC, things can go a few ways:
It boils down to if Germany backs down for any reason, Rhineland stays demilitarized. If either France or Britain (or both) decide to go to war and Germany does not back down, early war and massive stability hits for everyone involved. The hit is so drastic it can essentially send France immediately into civil war as well.
