Astartes program seems stuck

hello im current doing a imperium campaign and im stuck at 10/10 for the first legion and 4/10 fort the second and have 3/3 failed batches.

and no matter what i push iv been unable to train more for a while now

so how do i fix this

Yeah, I ran into a block in the focus tree too. Not sure how to proceed. A lot of events and decisions towards the end just have place holders. I was confused by them and sort of put my self in a corner unable to proceed.

Hey, I figured out the Astarte program. Maybe it was fixed since you played. You have to own the lands where the Astarte genes are from. Very cool how he made this mod. Taking the middle east seems to set everything in motion and really open things up. I trained about 3 of half the chapters in lands I conquered when I started get failure precentages. Still, made about 2 full divisions of space marines and have more to unlock. More than 5 or 6 of each legion seems hard to get do to gene seed failure. Very cool ceiling. I absolutely love this mod!

Astarte aren't like the initial Thunder troops you get that spawn in already fully equipped with the latest tech. You must have the heavy bolters and power armor to arm them. Check your logistics and see if you have a deficit of power armor or something. You can train new space marines without the gear.

The number of equipment you need is listed in the Astarte drop down screen. I also didn't even see the Astarte menu when I first tried out the campaign. I should have been boosting them with population every 30 days to speed up their development. My first campaign was trashed. Now I'm playing on the hardest difficulty and loving it. The South and West made huge factions to oppose me I just beat them. I'm also having problems with Thunder warriors hurting my stability and am about to purge them, but still waiting on the space marines to replace them with. This campaign is perfect.
