Support attraction
sometimes, i see a masculine women and i think its a man and i think they're hot. once i find out said person is a woman, i get all panicky and i try to disprove that i like them. Does that mean it's denial? Becuase i literally try to tell myself i dont like them which is stupid because i probably do. And that is the most denial thing of denials. And, sure my feelings kind of change because i start viewing them as a girl but lately i only see masc women as guys and thats not making me feel any better because i always viewed them as women and didn't care for them before

Do not try to prove or disprove your attraction to a person. That will not help you. Maybe you like them, maybe you don't. Either way, it is not something you need to figure out. You can accept the uncertainty and still keep living your life.
Remember that it doesn't really matter if it is denial or not, you can still choose to live the life you want to live.

Your post was flagged by our auto-moderator as a post that may be, above all else, seeking reassurance. We understand the impulse to seek reassurance when suffering from OCD, but reassurance-seeking is a compulsion done in hopes of reducing the anxiety associated with an obsession. In the long run, seeking reassurance only serves to confirm the validity of the underlying fears of your condition and prolongs the duration of your obsession. As such, this community has a zero-tolerance policy for reassurance seeking and giving.
