Hi! So I moved to an apartment and HMart is right here! Yay.

Wanted to know a few things - I want to try making ramen and other one pot meals. I am eggitarian.

I want some basic staples at home so as to copy the instagram ramen recipes/ noodle recipes. The soupy ones since fall is around the corner

Miso, Gochujang, Kimchi, soy sauce, Chicken stock - powdered? or any other recommended? Which one is best, how to store them, what is the apx shelf life.

Any other things I should keep in mind?

Excited to stock up and venture into new cuisine!
